Payment Options

Credit Cards
We gladly accept VISA or MasterCard. Please provide (1) Name on card, (2) Acct # and (3) Exp. Date. In fact, we prefer that all overseas orders be paid by credit card to provide the most accurate exchange rate. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL! It's not safe.

Checks
We accept personal or mission checks—send the calculated total price in U.S. FUNDS drawn on a U.S. bank, or an International Money Order. All checks and money orders MUST show a U.S. bank address on the front.

Fax Invoices
We can send a fax invoice to most missions (call us or check with your organization if you're not sure they accept invoices.)

State tax applies ONLY if we're shipping your order WITHIN North Carolina. For NC orders, payment from non-profit tax-exempt NC organization may exclude tax; individual member's checks or charges must include applicable tax.

Shipping charges are added to your order. They do not show up in the estimate you'll receive after you place your order online.

International Orders
Please e-mail, fax or call in advance to clear any details and costs in question. VISA or MasterCard payment is preferred on these orders (including Canada). ALL CHECKS, DRAFTS or MONEY ORDERS MUST SHOW A U.S. BANK ADDRESS on the face of the document to be accepted.
